Top 15% of Top 3% = Top .45% (Got That??)
Once again, Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Magazine have announced their annual list of Minnesota “Super Real Estate Agents” (at least to agents; the world sees the list in the November issue of Mpls. St. Paul Magazine).
I’m delighted to report that I’m on it.

According to the two magazines, the approximately 400 agents selected this year (out of 17,000 statewide) reflect the top 3% of real estate agents in Minnesota, as determined by a poll of magazine readers, recent Minnesota home Buyers and Sellers, and fellow Minnesota Realtors.
I’m even happier to report that I’m on an even more exclusive list: Minnesota Realtors who’ve made the list the last 8(!) years in a row!
Only about 50 Minnesota agents — or less than 1 in 200 — can make that claim.
P.S.: Want to know why the magazines use the term “Super Real Estate Agent” instead of “Realtor?”
The latter term is trademarked.
