The Slowest Day of the Year
If there are other days of the year besides Christmas when there are zero cars in the Edina Realty parking lot during daylight hours . . . I’m not aware of it (even on Easter Sunday, there are usually a few Realtors around, due to the busier time of year).
Make that one car in the parking lot yesterday afternoon: mine.
I needed to meet with a client leaving town tomorrow for a new job in Chicago, and we had to go over the Minnesota Seller’s Disclosure.
P.S.: The big change this year is a major new section on radon.
In a nutshell: Buyers should test for it.
