Frayed Cuffs (& Nerves)

You can’t get away with it in July.

But, at least this year, unseasonably cold Spring weather is allowing me — and not a few unnamed male colleagues — to continue wearing what I call “snow pants”:  dress slacks with seriously frayed cuffs, thanks to the wear-and-tear of a (very long) Minnesota winter.
