You Read It Here First!, or “Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery” (Still)

Hmmm, is the Star Tribune getting home profile ideas from this blog?

You be the judge:

Here’s the Star Tribune’s headline:

“$1.95M Minnetrista Home is Car Lover’s Dream with 16 Garage Stalls, Plus ‘Safari Room.'”

–Star Tribune (12/9/19).

Now, here’s mine, from exactly two weeks earlier:

“Never Mind the House, What About the Garage?? The Minnesota Home With a 16-Car, Heated Garage.”

–City Lakes Real Estate Blog (11/25/19).

With about 6,000 Twin Cities single family homes on the market now, you could say that the odds of a coincidence are a very slim 1-in-6,000 (that’s .016%, if you like math).
