Although I’ve never had clients who celebrated that way, I’m guessing that they’re out there, somewhere. 🙂
P.S.: I have had clients who purchased a home to celebrate a major birthday or anniversary — or at least timed it that way.
Also not unheard of: racing a baby delivery date to complete a home purchase (in the old days, though, if the Buyer cut it too close, you actually had to get signatures at the hospital; now, everything’s done by electronic signature).
