Doing a Colleague a BIG Favor

What do you do if you’re a busy Edina Realty agent (OK, me) whose Buyer client needs to meet a contractor at a St. Paul home they’re inspecting, at the same time you’re obliged to host a Broker Open across town?

When you work for the Twin Cities’ biggest (and best!) broker, you call Edina Realty’s nearby Grand Avenue office in St. Paul, and ask if someone there can help out.

Stephen Markowitz graciously agreed to cover for me, solely on the basis of doing a favor for a fellow Edina agent (we’ve never met).

Thanks, Steve, I appreciate it!! (my client did, too).

P.S.:  I didn’t totally abandon my client — I was at the house for 90 minutes yesterday for the Buyer’s inspection.  However, when the inspector flagged a potential plumbing issue, we needed to set up a plumber visit ASAP to investigate.
