Time for Presidential — and Presidential Candidate — Leadership

If you’re old enough (I am), the words “lone gunman in Dallas” evoke a singular horror.

For the time being, the only things to do are mourn, and process.

But, once passions have died down, there will be more than enough time to ask questions, and tackle next steps.

Here’s a thought:  either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump is likely to be President scarcely more than six months from now.

What do they think just happened in Dallas? (and unfortunately, in the Twin Cities, minus the cop-killing aftermath).

As President, what would they do about it?

Hey, Donald!

Hey, Hilary!

The country is watching, and listening . . .

P.S.:  Now may even be one of those crucible moments when how the candidates conduct themselves determines how people vote.
