In a recent post, “Departing Home Seller: ‘How Clean Does it Have to Be?,” I discussed walk-thru inspections, and what the Purchase Agreement says about how clean Sellers need to leave their home prior to closing.
In fact, there’s an even simpler, more practical standard: whatever the incoming Buyer will accept. 🙂
Call it the real estate corollary to the old joke about two hikers outrunning a bear.
