Calling it a Year (on Feb. 4)

Real estate brokers suggest that agents who blog should post regularly, to keep things fresh and visitors returning.

Their definition of “frequent?”

A minimum of once a week.

I don’t happen to agree with that — you either get in the mode of blogging or you don’t — but if that advice is right . . . I’m just about done for 2016.   🙂

[Blog] Food for Fodder

The blogging workshops I’ve (briefly) dropped in on all seem to focus on what makes good material.

I think the better question is, “what doesn’t?”

If you have a point of view, and you’re busy doing real estate, coming up with material simply isn’t a problem.

In fact, I think most serious bloggers would agree that the real problem is limited time . . .
