The Twin Cities’ Best Real Estate Blog? You’re Reading It!
As streaks go, I’d much rather have Joe DiMaggio’s (for hits in consecutive baseball games — 56) or Cal Ripken’s (for consecutive games played — 2,632).
But, next month will mark the 8th(!) anniversary of the “City Lakes Real Estate Blog.”
During that time, I’ve published some 4,300(!) posts on (mostly) real estate-related matters, which averages more than 10 posts a week, and totals something like 1.4 million words online.*
How much content is that?
If you heeded the standard advice to bloggers to post fresh material at least once a week, someone starting a blog today would match City Lakes’ content today . . . sometime in 2098(!).
2015 Mpls St Paul Magazine Super Real Estate Agents
Realistically, I’m sure that none of that much matters to clients.
That their Realtor works hard and honestly on their behalf; “knows their stuff”; and either helps them get top dollar for their home (if they’re selling), or, the most home for their money (if they’re buying). See, “Realtor Job Description.”
Which is why I’m even prouder to report that I’m one of only 50 or so Twin Cities Realtors — out of some 10,000(!) — who’ve been selected by Mpls St Paul Magazine as a “Super Real Estate Agent” . . . the last eight years in a row.
According to the Magazine, the annual list represents fewer than the top 4% of the Twin Cities’ real estate population, and reflects the local agents with the highest customer satisfaction.
The Magazine’s selection criteria includes “customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing a home, and overall satisfaction.”
The list was compiled based on input from 16,000 homebuyers, and surveys of a random sample of magazine subscribers.
The entire list of 2015 Super Real Estate Agents is featured in the magazine’s November issue (pictured above).
