Updating Mark Twain

I have my own version of Twain’s observation about the stock market — as well as a prediction about next year’s stock market action.

January:  stocks soar.
February:  stocks dive.
March:  stocks soar
April:  stocks dive.

I think you get the idea . . .

Schizophrenic Stocks

Lately, it seems like the gyrations are weekly or even daily (if not intra-day).

“With an upward bias,” as they say.

P.S.:  If you haven’t noticed, the price of gas is only headed one way these days:  down.
