Record Twin Cities Cold Snap Coincides With Baseball All-Star Game
Unfortunately, “Cold in July” isn’t just the name of an obscure new movie.
Depending on your definition of cold — mine is needing a sweater in the Summer — the last few days in the Twin Cities definitely qualify (overnight lows have been in the 50’s.)
Of course, the recent cold snap will do nothing to dispel the nation’s idea that Minnesota is a perpetually frozen icebox — something sure to be mentioned during tonight’s All-Star game at Target Field.
Never mind that aforementioned temps shattered all kinds of records for July cold in the Twin Cities.
P.S.: I have no clue — good, bad, or otherwise — about the movie.
