Before I provide the answer, here’s a helpful clue: the home sits high above the west side of Minneapolis’ Cedar Lake, and has unobstructed views of the lake and downtown Minneapolis skyline.
If that didn’t give it away . . . the correct answer would be “D.”
Based on recent, nearby market activity, I have two guesses: 1) the Seller gets pretty close to their asking price; and 2) something very different from the current home will occupy this site a year from now.
