That would be Budd Batterson, newly announced 2011 Minnesota Realtor of the Year! (and my colleague at Edina Realty’s City Lakes office).
There are a lot of reasons I work at Edina Realty, but being able to say that I office three doors down from someone like Budd is certainly high on the list.
After 10 years of selling real estate, there aren’t a lot of people I go to with questions any more.
But when I’ve got a really tough one . . . I knock on Bud’s door.
P.S.: I don’t know about E.F. Hutton, but when Budd weighs in on a subject at the City Lakes weekly meeting, everybody really does listen.
