“Is it Live Real or is it Memorex Virtual?”
I stumbled across this shot online the other day — definitely not Minnesota, and definitely not January — and it just gave me one of those “ahhh” feelings.
As best I can tell, there is a retractable (sliding glass?) door on the left side of the open wall.

P.S.: Theory #2: that spectacular view is only virtual — that is, what you’re looking at is a giant flat panel TV (or worse, the whole thing is photoshopped!).
I prefer theory #1.
In fact, the location of the furniture suggests that the view is real (vs. the room is a home theatre).
