Bragging Rights
Brokers routinely advise their agents contemplating a blog to post original, new material at least once a week, to keep things fresh and readers coming back.
If you followed that advice, and started a blog now, when would you have as much content as this blog has, today?
By my calculations, sometime in 2083 — 70(!) years from now.
1 Million Words
That’s the, umm . . . net result (sorry) of averaging well over 10(!) posts a week, for the last six years.
Total output: something like one million words, or the equivalent of more than a dozen, 300 page books.
But, who’s counting? 🙂
Labor of Love
More important (at least to me), this blog is the #1 ranked Twin Cities real estate blog according to Google, Bing, Yahoo!, America Online, and every other search engine I’m aware of.
