Lots of would-be Sellers this time of year wrestle with when to list their home — or whether to take their home off the market, if it’s already on.

Sellers know (or should) that market time is their enemy.

They also know that Buyer activity slows down over the holidays.

Yet, as I like to tell clients, in a metro area with over 3 million-plus, homes come on the market — and sell — practically every day of the year, including Christmas Eve.

In fact, I found nine such homes in the Twin Cities yesterday:

Which just leaves one question:  with MLS closed, how did they get into the system?
