New?  Yes.  Improved?  Ask Me in a Week

If your Twin Cities Realtor seems a little cranky (and tardy) today, I’ve got a hunch I know why:  overnight, the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) totally revamped their database for, like, the 17th time this year (I’m only exaggerating a little).

As a result, yours truly and a good chunk of the Twin Cities’ 10,000 other Realtors (at least the ones not on vacation) are at this very minute scrambling to find features and functions that aren’t where they were just yesterday.

Not to mention, figure out a host of new ones that — as best I can tell — virtually no one was demanding.
