The Friday bylines for any news Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke makes tomorrow will all say “Minneapolis.”

That’s because Mr. Bernanke will be here, giving a 90 minute lunchtime address at the Economic Club of Minnesota.

Want to attend?

You’re too late; according to the ECOM’s Web site, “due to the extraordinary interest in this event, registration is now closed.”

Hey, are bloggers eligible for press passes??

P.S.:  I wouldn’t worry about missing what Bernanke says.

When he so much as lifts an eyebrow or exhales these days . . . it makes news (“In remarks to leading economists today, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke hinted at a possible QE III . . . . .”).
