Is There An App For That?  Probably.

My marketing language on MLS explicitly draws attention to some of the home’s best — and easily missed — features:  a glorious, park-like backyard that extends more than 220 feet, and a three-season porch (pictured above) that juts out into same.

But the interested agent wasn’t looking at the listing online — he was calling off the sign, in front of the house (yup, Realtors do that, too).

Fortunately, he reached me live, which gave me the opportunity to tell the other agent not only the home’s list price and square feet, but encourage him to walk around the back of the house to take a look as well!

If you’re interested, the home in question is 601 Drillane in Hopkins; list price is $265,000.

Please shoot me an email at or follow the MLS link above if you’d like more info.
