$64k Question:  Where Were All Those Buyers Before??

Want to know how to attract one, three or even more Buyers for any listed home? (and I mean, any listed home).

Door-to-doorFollow these two easy steps:  1) cancel the listing; and 2) wait for the phone to ring.

Within hours (minutes?), at least a couple of hungry agents will pop up promising the demoralized owner (and now unrepresented Seller) that they suddenly have a Buyer for their home.

After four months (or seven , or ???) on the market.

Imagine that . . .

All the owner needs to do is sign a One-Time Showing Contract, and open their front door (again).

Want to guess what happens next?

Assuming the purported Buyer shows up at all, the home somehow “isn’t a fit” for them (surprise, surprise).

But, if the owner re-lists with the agent — usually at a (much) lower price — they’ll find more Buyers in no time.

Yeah, right . . .”
